Nelson Illusions Show at State Street Theater

Illusion show at State Street Theater New Ulm

Nelson Illusions will make the impossible appear possible, live onstage on April 29th at the State Street Theater in New Ulm. The amazement begins at 7:30 PM.

Nelson Illusions is the largest touring illusion show in the United States, carrying over 30,000 pounds of equipment, three times larger than any other touring illusion show. The show features the largest illusion ever seen: the 21-foot-long “Drill of Death” which goes through a woman and lifts her 18 feet in the air. The suspenseful and mesmerizing illusions include a Ferrari helicopter appearing onstage, a girl sawn in half in plain view, an elegant lady who floats in circles, a man who passes through an industrial fan unscathed, and much more!

Mark Stevens of Stevens Magic in Wichita, KS says about the show, “I've seen a lot of magic in my life, all over the world. I've got to tell you that this is a TOP SHOW jam-packed full of state-of-the-art illusions, great entertainment, and lots of excitement! I highly recommend it.”

Nelson Illusions’ show reflects the highly costumed and stylized specialty acts, musical numbers, and comedy routines of the Vaudeville era in Theatre in the early 20th century. They bring to life the intense visual splendor, high drama, and warm audience rapport exemplified by the Vaudeville experience.
