CityArt Announces Call for Artists 2016 CityArt Walking Sculpture Tour Now Accepting Submissions

MANKATO, Minn. (July 29, 2015) — The CityArt Walking Sculpture Tour is now accepting sculpture submissions for the 2016 tour. The entry deadline for submission is November 1, 2015. The 2016 sculpture tour is planned to include thirty sculptures in the core blocks of Mankato and North Mankato, MN. The sculptures are displayed for about one year (May 21, 2016 to April, 2017). Artists accepted into the program receive a $500 stipend for the first sculpture and $250 for the second sculpture by the same artist.
